Apple Oat Bites

Makes 15 balls


  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. If the mixture looks wet, add more oats. If it's not sweet enough, add maple syrup to taste. Roll mixture into balls and drop onto a lined baking sheet. Set in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
